Ingredients:
1 package (10 ounce size) fresh broccoli florets
1 package (10 ounce size) fresh cauliflower florets
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
2 tablespoons nonpareil capers
Directions:
Combine the broccoli and cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl; cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at full power for 4 to 5 minutes, until heated through.
Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise, marmalade, and capers. When the broccoli and cauliflower are hot, drain off any excess water and toss with the dressing.
Serve warm or chilled.
