1 cup biscuit baking mix

directions
Layer and pack ingredients in a canning jar in order listed. Yes, some ingredients are repeated. That's where the layering comes in (think edible sand sculptures). Attach recipe to the jar.
For Chewy Coconut-Almond Cookies: Empty contents of jar into a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the melted butter, the egg and the vanilla until well-combined.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray (or use parchment paper). Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
