I received this as a gift a year or so ago and just now baked it. I baked at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes in an 8X8 Corelle baking dish. DELISH! Moist even after working my way through it for a week! My hubby doesn't eat chocolate, so alas, I had to eat it. Small pieces are VERY filling. Yum. Yum.

I found this recipe dry after baking at the shortest time-32 minutes in a 7 by 11 glass pan at a reduced heat of 340. I would try again at a shorter time. It turned out crumbly and gritty. So texture was nopt the best although the flavor is good. The coconut adds a lot. I would try doing this again.
