Cajun White Chili With Blackened Chicken And Andouille Sausage

ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup diced onions
1/2 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 cup diced Andouille sausage
1 cup chicken broth
1 can great northern beans
1 cup Creole sauce
1 teaspoon minced fresh jalapeno peppers
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup Cajun dirt (sausage, onions, jalapenos and Cajun seasoning)
1 cup cooked and diced blackened chicken
1 teaspoon diced fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
directions
Melt butter in pan and saute onions and garlic for 10 minutes. Add Andouille sausage and chicken broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add beans, Creole sauce and rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Top with green onions and jack cheese.
