ingredients
1 package (17.5 ounce size) double chocolate chunk cookie mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1 egg
1/2 container (16 ounce size) chocolate frosting
1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
1 tablespoon chopped peanuts, if desired
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix cookie mix (dry), oil, water and egg with spoon until dough forms. Press into an ungreased square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or just until set. Cool completely.
Mix frosting and marshmallows. Spread over bars. Sprinkle with peanuts. Cut into about 2-inch squares.
