The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
1/2 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
1/4 cup melted butter
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
4 kaiser rolls halved horizontally
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the hot sauce and melted butter in a shallow dish. Completely coat the chicken breasts with the hot sauce.
Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until no pink remains.
Top the bottom halves of the rolls with the shredded lettuce, the grilled chicken, then the dressing. Replace the tops of the rolls and serve.

I used Frank's RedHot sauce and cut the rolls and put in the microwave for 20 seconds. Outstanding!!!
