I was SO BORED of cooking for my family after having been doing this chore since 1979. I found this recipe on CD Kitchen/copycat . OMG! This is delicious! The rest of the family raved. I cut the chicken into this strips first and then marinated them in lime juice and garlic- cooked them first and threw everything else together in order given. I DID. Butter the rice and add like to it for zing. Mmmmmm...very happy fam!"

I just used a packaged fajita marinade to make the chicken and followed the rest of the recipe. Really tasty. I did add a splash of hot sauce to the guac and a little more salt.
For those looking for the marinade for the chicken, I Googled "chipotle restaurant recipes". They have the marinade and it tastes pretty dang close to Qdoba.
Yes!! The chicken receipe is what I need!! Doesn't anybody have it?
...and it just wouldn't be the same without the LIME RICE!!! That is my favorite! I found a recipe for it online, but I haven't tried it yet. Anybody found that chicken recipe yet????
This recipe is really not helpful. I know how to make rice and serve with beans and guacamole; what I want is to know how they make their chicken so delicious!
Do you have a recipe for the marinated chicken that goes into the burrito?
