4 pounds chicken, cut up
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper


Cut up chicken and remove skin. Arrange in crockpot. In separate container, combine olive oil with all remaining ingredients. Shake or stir well, then pour over chicken pieces. Cover with lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

made this recipe with a combination of bone/boneless chicken breast. Next time I will try white/dark meat combination. Cook time is too long. I recommend 4 hours on low setting. very easy to make.

CDKitchen Note: If you are using all bone-in pieces, the longer cooking time is necessary.
