Shredded veggies dressed in a sweet mayo-vinegar blend make a classic BBQ side dish or topping for pulled pork. For a less traditional take, shredded broccoli makes a good addition to the mix.
1/2 head cabbage, cut in wedges
1 large carrot, peeled
1 medium onion, peeled and cut in wedges
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Shred the cabbage, carrot, and onion using food processor shredder blade. Place in a bowl and mix together.
Add the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and salt and stir to completely combine the ingredients and dissolve the sugar.
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour before serving. Stir again before serving.

Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.
Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

I really liked this coleslaw. I will for sure make this again but I think I'll either use less onion next time, or maybe no onion all together.

I really liked this recipe. I had the bagged coleslaw so the hard work was already done for me! I used just a touch more vinegar I like my coleslaw a litty tangy other than that this recipe was simple and wonderful.

I really don't like to cook/prepare foods but this was really simple. It has minimal ingredients which I love. I left out the onions and it was great.
