ingredients
1 package (1 pound size) shredded coleslaw mix
2 green onions, sliced, use the white part and a few inches of green
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, optional garnish
FOR THE DRESSING
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
3/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
directions
Place the cabbage and green onions in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil and salt until combined.
Toss the dressing into the slaw. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
