ingredients

1 package Devil's food cake mix
1 package (3.4 ounce size) instant chocolate pudding mix
12 ounces chocolate chips
2 large eggs
1 container (16 ounce size) sour cream

directions

Mix all together until just mixed. Don't over beat. It will be thick.

Scoop out into a Bundt pan that is sprayed with nonstick spray, release and bake at 350 degrees F for 55 minutes.

Cool in pan for 5-10 minutes then invert onto cake plate for further cooling.

No need to frost, though you could serve with whipped cream or even vanilla ice cream.

  1. CookKim REVIEW:

This cake is fantastic! The batter is a bit harder to stir than most cake batters because it's so dense but don't let that scare you. This cake is very moist and chocolatey. My family absolutely loved this cake and it's quick and easy to make. I served it slightly warm, with whipped cream and a drizzle of bittersweet chocolate topping. "YUMMM"
