Ingredients:
1 chocolate cake mix (2 layer size)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar butterscotch ice cream topping
1 (8 oz) carton Cool Whip
toffee bits

Directions:

Bake chocolate cake as directed on package.

When still warm, poke holes in cake with straw Pour sweetened condensed milk and butterscotch topping over cake. Chill. Before serving top with Cool Whip and toffee bits
