ingredients
3 cups flour
2 cups natural sugar
2 egg replacers
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup soy milk
1 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla or almond extract
1 cup boiling water
directions
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
Bake in either a tube pan for 1 hour or bake in a 9" x 13" pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
