2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup ground sweet chocolate
1/4 teaspoon orange extract
9 ounces chocolate wafer cookies
directions
Beat first 3 ingredients until stiff. Sandwich wafers, on edge, with 1 Tbsp. cream between each, to form log. Frost log. Chill overnight. Slice diagonally.
