ingredients
4 1/2 ounces graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
FILLING
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
2 1/4 cups ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
TOPPING
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1/4 cup sugar
4 cups fresh orange sections

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
In a blender container, combine filling ingredients. Blend until smooth and pour over crust. Bake for 18-20 minutes until set. Cool completely.
In a saucepan, dissolve cornstarch in orange juice. Add lemon juice, orange extract and sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cool for 5 minutes and add orange sections.
Spread evenly over cooled cheese filling. Chill for several hours. Cut into squares and serve.
