1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 egg
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 package (1 pound size) powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Mix together cake mix, melted margarine and egg. Press this mixture into an oblong baking pan. Add a layer of coconut and chopped nuts.
Mix together cream cheese, 2 eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread more coconut and nuts over.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool and cut into small squares.
