ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
4 cups oatmeal
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix butter, sugars and oatmeal together well. Pat into lightly greased (I use parchment paper) jelly roll pan.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Frost with a topping of peanut butter and chocolate chips melted together and stir until smooth. Pour on cooled bars. Let cool and cut into bars.
