Serves/Makes:   20 squares

  

Ingredients:
4 rolls unbaked chocolate chip cookie dough from the dairy case
3 medium eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 packages (8 oz size) cream cheese, softened
2 cups sugar

Directions:

Heat oven to 300.

Slice two of the rolls of cookie dough and place slices over bottom of a 9X13 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Set aside the remaining two rolls of cookie dough. Mix eggs, vanilla, cream cheese, and sugar, blending well; pour over top of the cookie layer. Slice remaining two rolls of cookie dough and place evenly over mixture. Bake at 300 for 45-60 minutes.

(This recipe looks really nasty when served, but it tastes really good. It is very rich.)
