Cranberry Marshmallow Cream
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound fresh cranberries, chopped in blender
1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup sugar
1 bag (10.5 ounce size) miniature marshmallows
2 cups whipped topping
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together cranberries, pineapple and sugar. Refrigerate overnight. About two hours before serving, fold in whipped topping and marshmallows and chill until serving time.
COOK'S NOTES:
This is a wonderful addition to a traditional turkey dinner.
