Anise Toast Recipe

Serves/Makes: 10
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 oil
3 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat all eggs, then add sugar, oil, and remaining ingredients. Spread the batter on a cookie sheet. Place in 350* oven for 20 mins.
Remove from oven and cut into squares while it is still hot. Put back into oven for 5 mins and remove. Makes a great little add on to ice cream and other flavorful desserts.
