ingredients
2 cups uncooked small pasta shells
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute garlic in butter. Remove from the heat. Drain pasta and add to garlic butter.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper and toss to coat.
