Apple Noodle Casserole Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine - melted
1 package (1 lb. size) egg noodles - prepare as directed
4 large Macintosh apples - peeled, cored, chopped
4 eggs - beaten
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
Directions:
Pour melted margarine into a 9" X 13" X 2" baking dish and coat bottom of dish evenly. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
