ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 pint sour cream
1 pint cottage cheese
6 ounces wide noodles, cooked
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter
directions
In a 9" x 13" pan melt butter in a 350 degrees F oven.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, sour cream, cottage cheese, noodles and vanilla. Remove pan of butter from oven and pour in egg and noodle mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve warm.
