Turkey Meatloaf with Tomato Sauce

ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1 jar (26 ounce size) tomato pasta sauce
3 large eggs
1 cup coarsely grated zucchini
2/3 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup low-fat large-curd cottage cheese
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil 9-by-5-by-3 1/4 inch glass loaf dish.
Place ground turkey in large bowl. Add one cup pasta sauce and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pack mixture into prepared dish; spread 1/2 cup tomato sauce over top. Bake until meatloaf is firm to touch and has pulled away from sides of dish, and a thermometer inserted into center registers 160 degrees F, about one hour 15 minutes. Let stand five minutes.
Heat remaining tomato sauce in small sauce pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cut meatloaf into thick slices. Serve with sauce.
