Fried Potato Salad

ingredients
1 potato, sliced into fries
1/8 cup olive oil
1 tomato, diced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped or crushed
2 tablespoons feta cheese
1 pinch fresh-crumbled rosemary
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Heat the oven and a cast iron pan to 400 degrees F.
Put the olive oil into the pan and coat bottom. Put potato slices into pan and cook 30 minutes, turning once (add rosemary on turning).
Mix garlic into the potatoes, they'll fry slightly. Mix cheese and tomatoes into potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
