Homemade Boursin with Garlic and Herbs

ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands Beau Monde Seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon herbs de Provence
1 teaspoon fresh minced parsley (dried is okay)
1 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
directions
Beat cream cheese and butter together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Be sure to scrape bowl often. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
Pack into a container, cover tightly and allow to stay refrigerated for at least 12 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve chilled with crackers.
