ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons McCormick Grill Mates barbecue seasoning
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon McCormick coarse ground black pepper
directions
Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Tailgaters can make this barbecued beef ahead and take it to the big game. Serve on a bun with your favorite coleslaw or potato salad.
