1 pound ground turkey
1 onion, sliced thin
2 potatoes, unpeeled & sliced thin
1 can (15 ounce size) dark red kidney beans, undrained
1 can (10.75 ounce size) tomato soup
directions
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey and onion. Cook until the turkey is cooked through and the onion is soft.
Add the turkey and onion to the crock pot. Add the potatoes, beans, and soup. Mix well.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 5 hours. Stir before serving.
