Savor steak in a bite-sized form with these king-size steak bites. Combining the depth of a red wine marinade and a bold mustard butter sauce makes this dish an instant standout.

4 pounds steak, cut 1" thick
seasoned meat tenderizer
1 cup red wine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
Tabasco sauce, to taste
About 2 hours before serving, apply meat tenderizer to steak as label directs.
In large shallow pan, mix wine and garlic. Add steak and cover. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours, turning once.
Preheat broiler 10 minutes. Broil steak until medium rate, about 15-10 minutes, turning once.
Meanwhile, in medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter or margarine. Add remaining ingredients and 2 tbs. of marinade from steak.
Cut steak into cubes and heap into chafing dish or casserole. Pour on sauce and serve at once with cocktail picks.
