Ingredients:
14 1/2 ounces can diced tomatoes, undrained
14 1/2 ounces can chicken broth
2 tablespoons fresh basil
OR
2 teaspoons dried basil, crumbled
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro or parsley
2 teaspoons butter, melted or, extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, combine undrained tomatoes, broth, basil, sugar and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil, covered, over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. If soup is prepared in advance, add the cilantro, oil, and salt after reheating.
