1 can (15 ounce size) beef broth 2 3/4 cups hot water 1 can (16 ounce size) tomatoes, coarsely chopped and undrained 8 ounces lean round steak, cut into bite-sized pieces 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 2 cups shredded cabbage 1 cup thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini 1 cup sliced carrots 1 can (8 ounce size) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 2/3 cup uncooked small elbow macaroni
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine beef broth, water, and undrained tomatoes. Stir in steak pieces, onion, celery cabbage, zucchini, and carrots. Add kidney beans and uncooked macaroni. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Stir well before serving.
