Ingredients:
1 can (15-ounce size) beef broth
2 3/4 cups hot water
1 can (16-ounce size) tomatoes, coarsely chopped and undrained
8 ounces lean round steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini
1 cup sliced carrots
1 can (8-ounce size) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2/3 cup uncooked small elbow macaroni

Directions:

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine beef broth, water, and undrained toma­ toes. Stir in steak pieces, onion, celery cabbage, zucchini, and carrots. Add kidney beans and uncooked macaroni. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Stir well before serving.
