ingredients
2 boxes (18.25 ounce size) German chocolate cake mix
2 sticks butter (soft or room temp)
4 eggs
1 package vanilla or flavor of your choice ready made frosting
directions
Combine the cake mix, soft butter and eggs in mixer a until ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Using a soup spoon, scoop dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool, then frost flat side of a cookie with frosting of choice. Press another cookie on top to make the sandwich and enjoy!
