Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

We had to rate this recipe lower because it doesn't call for any sweetener (like other mojito recipes do), unless it is supposed to use sweetened green tea, but it doesn't specify that. Add superfine or powdered sugar to taste and you'll have a refreshing mojito.
