Ingredients:
1/2 banana -- cut in 4-1/2" pieces
1 cup skim milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract -- or banana extract
1 packet Equal. sweetener

Directions:

Put banana pieces in a small bowl; mash with a fork. Add milk and extract. Beat with an egg beater until foamy. For a bigger drink, put all ingredients in a blender together with 5 ice cubes; blend until ice in chopped fine.
