The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

1 cup water
1/2 pound seedless grapes
1 orange, sliced
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved, if large
1 bottle (48 ounces) Hawaiian guava drink, chilled

Freeze mold until firm, about 3 hours. Arrange grapes, orange slices and strawberries around top of mold. Fill with reserved orange juice mixture, freeze.
In a 6-quart punch bowl, combine remaining 4 cups orange juice and the guava drink. Just before serving, stir in champagne. Unmold ice ring, float fruit side up on punch. Garnish with mint.

Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Made this for a shower and it was a huge hit. Made 2 batches and it was all gone. Many guests asked for the recipe. The ice ring mold ads a classy touch. Very, very good. Will make again.

Great tasting punch! I made it for a shower and it was a huge hit. Instead of the ice ring, I froze raspberries and grapes in an ice cube tray and tossed fresh sliced strawberries and raspberries into the punch bowl before serving. A definite "make again!"
