Orange Candied Yams With Marshmallows

ingredients
1 can (29 ounce size) yams, drained
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, cut in bits
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the drained yams in a baking dish. Pour the orange juice evenly over the yams. Sprinkle the yams with the brown sugar then dot with the butter. Evenly top with the marshmallows.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until the marshmallows are melted and lightly browned. Serve hot.

The end state was Yams in OJ! I saw other recipes (after seing the result of this one)that included flour, among other things. Hmmm, maybe that's how they get the sauce to thicken? Lesson: Easy isn't always best!
