It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I have tried to comment with the star method and unable. So I will rate accordingly. Family Friendly, No one liked . Comments were to soupy, to much ginger and not tasty.

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving and it turned out wonderful. I did drain both the yams & the pineapples. I also used a little less margarine (1/4 cup), and a little more brown sugar (1/3 cup), and it still came out amazing. One bag of mini-marshmallows was perfect to cover the top of the yams before baking.
This recipe sounds yummy. I would like to know if the pineapply bits should be drained?
