Corn And Broccoli Bake Au Gratin

ingredients
1 can (16 ounce size) cream style corn
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped broccoli
1 package (8 ounce size) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 dash black pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted
directions
In a bowl, combine corn, broccoli, cheese, sour cream, half the saltines, egg, onion and pepper. Place in a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
Combine butter and remaining saltines, then sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

I had a 3 friends in and looked for a corn/broccoli recipe - saw this one and tried it. It was fantastic I had to leave the cheese and onion out, and used Ritz toasted chips (Sweet Home Sour Cream and Onion) instead of saltines. Everyone loved it!! thanks...Donna
