Asparagus, Canadian Bacon And Cashew Stir Fry

ingredients
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed, cut into 2" pieces and lightly steamed
1/2 red bell pepper, julienne cut
6 ounces Canadian bacon
1 teaspoon minced garlic
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped cashews
1 package couscous, prepared as directed
directions
Heat oils in a large skillet. Add asparagus, bell pepper and Canadian bacon. Saute for 5 minutes until bacon begins to brown.
Stir in garlic and stir fry 2 minutes longer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle cashews over stir fry and stir to mix.
Serve over couscous.
