1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped and toasted pecans
1/4 cup green grapes, cut in half
1/3 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
1 1/4 cup chopped, cooked chicken
directions
Combine the celery, onion, pecans, grapes, and mayo in a bowl. Mix well. Stir in the chicken and mix until coated the mayo.
Spread the mixture on bread for sandwiches or serve on a bed of lettuce.
