ingredients

1/2 cup chopped dried cherries
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
12 slices light 100% whole wheat bread

directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken; stir to coat. Spread 1/2 cup chicken mixture over each of half the bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices.
