Peanut Butter Orange Chicken

ingredients
3 pounds whole broiler-fryer chicken, quartered
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup bottled teriyaki baste and glaze
directions
Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper toweling.
Measure peanut butter into small bowl; gradually blend in orange juice. Stir in teriyaki baste and glaze until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Place chicken on grill 5 to 7 inches from hot coals; brush thoroughly with peanut butter mixture. Cook for 50 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink near bone and is glazed, turning quarters over occasionally and brushing frequently with peanut butter mixture.
Or, place chicken on rack in broiler pan; brush thoroughly with peanut butter mixture. Broil 5 to 7 inches from heat for 40 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink near bone and is glazed, turning quarters over and brushing occasionally with peanut butter mixture.
