1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 package Devil's food cake mix
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup coffee
1/4 cup coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons vodka

directions

Mix devil's food cake mix with instant chocolate pudding mix.

Beat eggs and add to the mixture. Add coffee, liqueur and vodka. Mix well.

Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 45-50 minutes. Cool cake and remove from pan.

cook's notes

Use either a devil's food or chocolate cake mix. You can also sprinkle cooled cake with powdered sugar.

    I made the cake for my bridge group. The cake was okay but not as moist as I expected. I think it needs 1/2 cup of sour cream or mayonnaise in batter.
