INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pound ground turkey
2 eggs, beaten
2 small onions, cooked, finely chopped
2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated parmesan or romano cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Spoon equally into a 6-cup muffin pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.

It's a little bland for my taste, but i add some Mustard Powder and some Garlic Powder and it's fabulous! Works well with beef, too
