Maple Glazed Turkey Breast

ingredients
4 potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1/2" pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 pounds boneless turkey breast, thawed if frozen
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
directions
Combine potatoes and onions in a 4 quart crockpot. Place turkey breast on top (only use a boneless turkey breast!).
In small bowl, combine maple syrup, preserves, cinnamon, salt, and pepper and mix well. Pour over turkey.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until vegetables are tender, turkey is thoroughly cooked and registers 180 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
