In a bowl, stir together crumbs, coconut and pecans.

Press into a greased 9 inch square cake pan. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 10 minutes. Let cool on rack.
For Grand Marnier Layer: In a bowl, place half of icing sugar with butter, mix in half of the icing sugar with butter. Then mix in Grand Marnier, remaining icing sugar and orange rind. Spread over base.
For Chocolate Topping: Stir butter into chocolate until melted. Spread evenly over Grand Marnier layer. Let cool for 20 minutes in refrigerator, then cut into bars (Bars can be covered, refrigerated up to 2 weeks, or frozen up to 2 months. Let soften slightly before serving).

Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
