These tangy ham and cheese sandwiches are just as good served cold as they are hot.

1 1/2 pound chopped ham
1/2 pound shredded cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons diced onion
8 hamburger buns
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the ham, cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, ketchup, and onion in a bowl. Mix well. Spoon the mixture onto the buns. Wrap the buns in foil and place in the oven on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Serve the Bumstead sandwiches hot.
