Cupcakes
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 bottles Guinness stout
Cream
3 cups heavy cream
2 cups Irish whiskey
2 cups sugar
12 egg yolks
directions
For Cupcakes: Mix all ingredients. Bake for about 20 minutes in a 350 degrees F oven.
For Cream: Whip cream separately from the whiskey, sugar and egg yolks, which are to be mixed over a double boiler and cooled over ice.
Fold the whipped cream into the egg mixture and use to top the cupcakes.
