Marinated Mozzarella And Artichoke Hearts

ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 jar (6 ounce size) marinated artichoke hearts, cut in quarters, undrained
1/2 jar (7 ounce size) roasted red peppers, cut into 1 x 1/4-inch strips
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
directions
Combine the cheese, artichokes with the marinade, roasted peppers, rosemary, crushed red pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of one hour to chill.
Let come to room temperature then serve.
Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
