4 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 pound Swiss cheese
1/2 small onion
salt
mayonnaise

directions

Grate cheese and eggs, chop onion to very small pieces. Add salt and mayonnaise to taste.

You can use less or more cheese if you prefer. Serve for breakfast or lunch.

REVIEW: recipe rating
I made this recipe last year for my daughters 3 year old class..and cut the bread with cookie cutters (bunny, Chick, flower) they were a huge hit..and my husband loved this recipe so much..I had to make 3 more batches over the weekend! I think I may have added more spices for the grown ups.. but both were excellent! Making it again this week!
